Sometimes you simply just can beat the simple things in life. In the home improvement industry, this translates to traditional yet reliable uPVC products. The DWL team recently paid a visit to one lucky home in Maidstone who desperately craved a greater sense of both light and space whilst working on a budget, a new uPVC conservatory was the only solution.

Complete with a practical set of elegant and low maintenance uPVC French doors, we knew that with the right tools and expertise that we could treat the family not only to an additional space in which to relax, but a more seamless transition to their home’s outside. This was achieved by creating an entirely bespoke apex design which saw additional glazing implemented towards the top of the structure, helping the homeowners enjoy the joys of a tiled roof without leaving out light.

Our team was careful when erecting the new uPVC conservatory to find a brickwork colour tone that would expertly match the style of the main property’s existing aesthetic. This helped make the space feel like a much more natural part of the home rather than an additional structure that fails to tie in. What’s more, the traditional white shade of the uPVC products used helps the conservatory to pop and stand out from its foundation. Both the homeowners and our team felt it a welcome addition for the better!

Purely in a practical sense, the new uPVC windows, doors, and cladding trims are purposefully designed with both energy efficiency and heat retention in mind, making the living environment comfortable throughout the year – even during the winter months. The tiled roof also works wonders in terms of keeping the homeowners safe during this time, being reinforced for extra strength to resist any harsh snowfall.

At DWL, we only used the highest quality uPVC within all our windows, doors, and conservatories and this latest project in Maidstone represents the very best of all three. For many decades to come the structure will stay low maintenance, looking great, and of course treat the home to some of the very best energy efficiency and lowest U-values possible.

Another aspect the homeowners will be able to enjoy should they consider moving later in the future, is the significant increase in their property’s financial value. This is because more living space simply acts as a more lucrative prospect for both new and veteran buyers on the property market. So while not an immediate perk the family can enjoy in the traditional practical sense, if ever they wish to sell, they’ll be able to rest comfortably knowing that the additional living space will benefit their pockets in the long run.

We think you’ll agree that the end result is an impressive one, with the new uPVC conservatory tying in neatly with the main household as if it had always been there, maintaining its natural characteristics. We’re sure that this Maidstone family will appreciate the extended space and additional comfort that comes with a DWL conservatory installation for many years to come, remaining energy efficient, secure and eye-catching all at the same time.
